BUT if you are a boss, and wish answers and accountability without large scale issues or site problems, we are your representation, We will advise all in confidence and you will have the truth and knowledge to counter a Contractor or affiliate which has made wrongful discisions on your behalf, Possibly costing you more money to cover up a much smaller issue, just to save reputation and accountability.

* There are a large group of professionals in Construction that believe to show savings on a project, is just insane and requires more explaination then its worth, This is the standards that alot your big GC, or EPC firms run by, and quit honestly, if you can hide secrets to cover for your boss's misdirection or failure to identify proper cost savings etc. Your in need of a promotion.
